Starting over

Hey there! I was on here before with great success with weight loss, but a bit of emotional scarring. I started with the 1200 cal food diary but some days I restricted calories to the point where I was only eating about 6 to 800. Even though I lost nearly 50 lbs, it was a nightmare.
I'm back here to do it right. I've set my diary to a realistic calorie goal (the one suggested for maintaining my weight) and I have my sights set on training for and completing a 10k running event alongside a loving and supportive man that I am happy to call my boyfriend (and who also vows to tell me when/if I go too crazy with the calorie counting and restriction again).
What I'm looking for on here is some support people to share healthy recipes, trials and triumphs in their running journeys, and those who aren't so much fixated on the calorie count as they are just wanting good health and nutrition. Anyone who might be starting their journey toward a running goal, beginner strength trainers (like me) that can share tips, or even more advanced. People in the 20 to 30 age group would be nice too! Send me a friend request saying you read this post, if you're interested!
Thanks!
