JM Body Revolution - Logging Strength/Cardio?

For those of you who are doing or have done Jillian's Body Revolution, how are you logging your strength and/or cardio? Strength seems to be sectioned out by specific movements; just curious if anyone has worked this out or knows a good way to log?
