I love diet pop! But I also really enjoy crystal lite drinks. They both contain aspertame.... But what is the "healthier" choice?

They're about the same. Unless you have a medical reason to avoid one of the ingredients, either one is fine.0

Drink both, it won't matter.0

I would say that there is really no difference....0

I like nude women!! who cares about aspartame!!0

I wouldn't stress over drinking either, really. As long as they're being consumed in moderation (which means less than like, a bathtub full a day) aspartame is fine.0

I really couldn't call either of them a healthier alternative ... so whichever floats your boat. If you feel inclined and want a flavored drink maybe try some iced tea or juice mixed with fizzy water?0

neither are evil. enjoy both.
another option is the flavored fizzy water sold in the pop aisle pretty much everywhere. the generic versions of these are frequently on sale where i can get 2 1 litter bottles for $1. i love the tangerine/lime and pomegranite flavors.
oh i know CVS and rite aid have their versions too.0 -
My opinion is Crystal Lite. I used to count it as water, before I transitioned to just plain water.0

I am going to disagree with the previous comments. Personally, I drink water, it is the only drink your body needs. But, if you were to choose just one of the evils, I would choose the Crystal Light.
Here is a link to why I would not choose Diet Coke/Pepsi.

You can compare the information yourself.0 -

Neither are evil. I drink both, depending on what I'm in the mood for.0
