Felt sick after ab exercise for the first time (third time doing an ab workout - in 4th week of Focus T25), any way of preventing that?

Did you eat directly before exercising? Did you have more to eat than usual? I would say either you food timing was off for the amount of exercise you wanted to do, or you're pushing yourself too hard. I don't think it's normal to feel sick while you're working out.

Interesting. Had eaten three hours before (so not a factor). May have worked myself too hard. First time I have really gone full out on planks etc for 25 minutes.

That sounds like a RAWR kind of workout. It will get easier.

I do sometimes get nauseous during/after exercise when I push myself quite hard and my workout buddy does from time to time also. Not something I would worry too much about, so if you can push through it do or if it gets really bad or it really worries you just dial back the intensity or have a little break
