  • Hi, I'm new to this started calorie counting on Monday, but started the app today... I'm trying to do the 5.2 fasting diet but not managed the 2 days of fasting yet due to a few afternoon meals out and things.. ill hopefully get some done this week coming with a few sessions at the gym too.. is anyone else following a diet or is it just calorie counting? Xx

    I started Susan Gregory's biblical based Daniel Fast last Sunday. It's a 21 day fast. I'm loving it !! I have not experienced any feeling of deprivation. In the past on MFP, I struggled with eating too much, too many calories. On this Daniel Fast, I have to consciously try to eat enough to meet the calories goal. I'm learning so new great eating habits with this fast.
