Is anyone else doing the 5:2 ?

I lost a stone on it last yr (and have kept it off without trying that hard)... But stopped 5:2 around Sept and did nothing til last week...

I have spent the last week just trying to get my calories eaten less than those spent... But tempted by the 5:2 again as I felt great on it!!!!!

I am now wondering if anyone else on here is doing 5:2 and if there is a group for it... (I couldn't see one!)
