Tips for drinking water for those that like flavor.

Here is what I do. It also helps my kids drink more water too. Get fresh fruit and put it in a pitcher of water and let it steep like tea. The flavor is fully infused in about 10 hours. You do not need a lot of fruit. For example.
For 2 Quarts of water.
3 orange slices, 10 blueberries, 5 cherries.
1/2 clementine 5 grapes, 5 blackberries.
No need to slice the berries. But I would the grapes and citrus.
You get a nice hint of fruit flavor and I am sure the sugar is non measurable in that much water.
