I had arugula salad for lunch..not bad. It was the 2 crab cakes and 2 goat cheese crostini that came with it that blew the calories for today.

Plus, today is a rest day, so no exercise calories to offset with. Never mind. I'll work harder tomorrow.

However, I did realize that I could easily have had just 1 of each and been more than satisfied, Should have had a 'to go' box for them and bought them home to enjoy tomorrow.

Hmmm, I think I am getting the hang of this now!

They are effing delicious! I had the exact same thing (with whip) for a snack yesterday. Over 700 calories! I about fell out of my chair when I entered it. Worth it for a treat though :)

I was so disappointed when I tried this! Personally, I didn't taste any "caramel flan," it just tasted like a regular caramel latte. Nothing special. The whipped cream was actually really good, but that stuff melts too fast. :c I'm dying to try the Frappuccino version though, I'm sure I'd enjoy that one a lot more!! Hopefully they have it long enough for it to get warmer outside first :x

Although I haven't gone over, I practically doubled my sugar intake yesterday and that is just as bad right?

Also I love to bake, and this year I have had to stop myself baking to stop myself going over, need some willpower, or someone who will take all but one serving of my Chocolate Stout Cake off me...

I used to work in a restaurant that serves this, probably one of the most delicious thing ever lol

homemade pizza: it contains more calories then my entire day on maintenance and you know what? I don't care, it's great :drinker:

I haven't gone way over maintenance since probably Christmas, but I indulge in foods that would make "clean eating" zealots shudder on a weekly basis. The past couple of nights I've had pigs in a blanket made with uncured turkey dogs (turkeys in a blanket?), homemade pizza dough and mozzarella slices. At a little over 300 calories, 40 grams of carbs and 15 grams of protein a serving, one of them fits perfectly into dinner with a generous side of steamed veggies. God I love maintaining

if you are gonna blow it, do it big. I had a cheeseburger and fries from Five Guys. First burger in almost 5 months. At thought it was worth it but my stomach paid the price.

All weekend I blew my calories:

    Friday night: Pizza (4 slices)
Saturday: Chicken & Rice casserole, heavy on the shredded cheese (Ate for Lunch & Dinner)
Sunday Lunch: Celebrated Father-in-Laws birthday with fajitas, rice & beans & a big slice of Red Velvet Cake, YUM!!
Sunday night: Pizza again, (4 slices)

Back on track Monday. Splurge alittle to much this weekend, lol. But it was so good!!
