NEEDING to LOSE!!!

ok, like the majority of the peeps on here, i am trying to lose weight!!! I was able to lose over 100lbs, but it has all come to a halt! I need to lose more and shape up, It's frustrating becuase it feels like all the hard work was a waste (i feel like i look funny) i have a long way to go, i still need to tone and tighten, any suggestions???

    congrats on the 100!!!! thats a huge accomplishment

    sounds like your body got used to what you were doing. mix things up.. try new workouts.. i have heard zigzaging days with calories works, but if you want a great lifestyle plan. check out eat to live thats whats working for me.. sometimes when you plateau you have to shake things up/

    as far as toning and tightening make sure you doing weights toning as you release the weight

    I found that it is easier to stay within my daily calorie limit on days that include exercise. If I don't exercise I try to make justifications on why I can ignore my calorie intake and eat unhealthy food items or ridiculous portion sizes. It's a small thing, but it works for me.
