I have reached my first goal of 50 lbs lost, but now I am setting out to loose another 30-50 lbs for a total loss of anywhere from 80 to 100 lbs. Last year I attended the Woodstock Fruit Festival and I got so much help from people and was so motivated to hit my goal to reach 50 lbs lost.
