Yes you, need a workout?
RIGHT NOW! YES, NOW! OR ASAP!

Get up, and do this:

Heighest weight: Number of Jumping Jacks
Lowest weight: Number of leg lifts
Goal Weight: Divide Number by two, and do that many sit ups!
Calories eaten today: If it's over your calorie goal, do an extra set of fifty sit ups.
Then, when you're done. Stretch.
