can bowling REALLY burn calories?

at 10 pm tonight my cousins and I began bowling , first 1 on 1 , then it came 4 people and we rapidly took turns.I never sat down
we played for about an hour and a half

then we played pool for about an hour, again I never sat down

then my cousins and I went to the gym at 1am? and since it was there first time there we goofed off and they used various things, we threw around medicine balls for a couple min and walked around for an hour or so, I never sat down until about an hour or 2+ or so later on

then when they left I sat down for a while and began my work out at 330 am ?and then did a faster walk on the tredmill for 35 min on a random speed and incline and burned 305 cals according to the machine. so basically ive been on my feet since 10 pm. I was curious to see if bowling was in here but its not like I constantly bowled by myself and the calorie count is quite high which I don't believe is right . BUT I have been on my feet forever. im 5'8'' and a 330 pound female , SO CAN BOWLING AND WALKING AROUND AND STANDING FOR HRS BURN A LOT OF CALS?

Even sitting on the sofa or sleeping in bed burns calories! But unless you've set your activity level to "sedentary" on MFP, gentle activity like bowling would be included in in your daily non-exercise "lightly active" burn, so don't add it separately.
