Fitbit is breaking!!

Hi all,

I've had my Fitbit Ultra for over a year now and LOVE it.
The problem is that some of the plastic has now snapped off around the top of it near the seam and it's gone a bit wobbly. I'm so worried that it's going to split apart and I'll lose it or won't be able to use it any more :(
As I am out of warranty, do you think they might offer to fix it or replace it, or have I got no chance at all? Has anyone else ever had this problem, and if so what happened?
I've messaged support but haven't had a reply yet.
If they can't do anything then I just hope they at least give me a discount off a new one as I can't really afford to buy a new one at the moment!

    that's a bummer. I don't have one (getting one in the mail any day now though). Good luck with getting them to give you a discount. I wonder how it got all cracked? Was it wet a lot?

    I have heard that their customer service is excellent, but I have not had to use it.
    I have a fitbit one and a piece broke off the case that holds it, but I just replaced it with a new case. It cost $14.95.
    I would be lost with out mine. I have had it for almost a year(Feb8th). I love it too!

    I know! I really cannot imagine being without it!
    No I don't really get it wet... it's probably just from extensive use and from taking it in and out of it's clip a lot!

    My mom has had probably about 3-4 FitBit's replaced over the past few years, once even from totally her error (she put it in the washing machine by accident!). They have excellent customer service. I'd give them a call and see if they can replace it.
