newbie..sort of

Hi everyone!
My name's Tasha, kind of new here. Ive never posted on the site before but I have been using MFP
on and off for over a year. Last year I lost 20lbs with diet and unfortunately gained it all back and then some :(.
So I'm back! Now with more exercise and an honest tracking system! My tracking is a little off since my weight wasn't
correct when I restarted, I have lost almost 4lbs in a little over a week!! Yay!!!
I would love any advice and/or best practices from all of you.
