Hello, I lost 10lbs using a well known club last year. I could feel my will power fading at the end of the year and decided to go back to the basics - calorie counting. After having my children I found I got back to a good weight with this method and I could sustain it for longer so I've downloaded the app to my phone for when i'm on the go. I have about 3 stones to lose and hope to do this by the Summer.
