My friend showed me this a while ago, and it's something that I LOVE to keep stocked in my freezer. Here are the ingredients for one serving:

- 1 banana
- 1 TBSP coco powder
- 2 TBSP almond milk

It's probably the easiest thing in the world to make. Take the banana, and mash it up in a bowl until it's smooth. Add the coco powder and almond milk and mix it all together. Pop it in the freezer for at least an hour, then enjoy! It is so delicious and will satisfy any ice cream or sweets craving - makes a great evening snack. Sometimes I add in a little PB2 for a chocolate-peanutbutter kick. You can make it without the almond milk; I just like the consistency better with it. Also a good use for bruised or mushy bananas.

Yum! I've made banana ice cream before, but not with coco or almond powder. Will have to try that!
