Protein Shakes

I have been using a Whey Protein for a while now and I am curious to know what brands or other types of Protein shakes work the best. I have lost 70 pounds and I am looking to tone and focus on my muscle mass. My exercise typically is about 30-45 minutes of cardio and 15-30 minutes of strength training, plus I do some basic things outside of the gym at home. I also am curious to know if using the Whey Protein in warm things break down the proteins or not?!?!? If anyone could help that would be great. Thank you
