Since I began MFP in March I have set my own goal at 1200 calories thinking that would be best. I have been at a plateau for a couple months. I have had people tell me that maybe I am not taking in enough calories. I just reset my goal to have MFP figure and my calories are now 1580........Suggestions????

I always let MFP set my goals, and it hasn't done me wrong yet! I've been on and off this website for over 3 years and every time I stick to what MFP gives me I lose the pounds!0
