Weight Loss

Im eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day of good food with small amounts of carbs and pasta. Im avoiding chocolate sweets crisps and deserts completely! I weight 165 pounds and hope to lose 37 pounds by the summer. Im also excercising everyday for around an hour and a half in the gym and going on walks making my calorie burn around 900-1200 calories a day. However I'm panicking that I wont lose weight!!!

    then, read it again.

    I get the strong impression, you're doing mad cardio, and not eating any exercise calories back. If that's the case, at the very maximum, you're netting 300 - 600 calories a day. That's crazy, and completely unsustainable.

    You need to read what it says at that link and follow it.
