Is there anything special to account for if I am breastfeeding?

Yes, you need to eat more calories than the average woman (I think it's an extra 500 per day?) and also drink TONS of water. I was in the Marines for 5 years and I breastfed/pumped while working out on a daily basis and running a LOT. Not by choice mind you lol. But yes you do need to make sure to eat and drink enough otherwise your milk supply will suffer.0

Yes. Type it in as food and choose the appropriate level.0
