Daily calorie intake arrangement

Hi, I would like to ask how I should arrange my calorie intake on a daily basis.
Calculating my daily caloric need factored on the exercise I do (ie 5 times/week) and a surplus is 2800 + 300 so 3100.
My question is whether I should I take the previous amount on a daily basis regardless of the exercise I do on the day or would it be better to take the calories I spend on a sedentary day + surplus + exercise?
To be more specific my daily needs as a sedentary adult are 2400 cal and the surplus I want is 300 cal.
So, should I go like:
Monday (500 cal exercise): 2400 + 500 +300 = 3200 cal intake
Tuesday (rest) : 2400 +300 = 2700 cal intake
etc.
Or go like:
Monday (500 cal exercise): 2800 + 300 = 3100 cal intake
Tuesday (rest): 2800 + 300 = 3100 cal intake
etc
Thanks for you help.

Personally I think your wasting your time trying to micro manage your calories, your body does not work on a 24hour cycle and what you eat today will still being absorbed tomorrow. I tend to eat the same amount of calories every day, the only time I would eat higher calories is if I am doing some kind of endurance sports where I am likely to burn significantly higher calories in a given day.0
