HELP! Going thru sugar withdrawal!

Ok! Crazy food cravings day! I've already had a couple suckers to beat out the sweets madness that is going on in my mouth! Suggestions?

    It's amazing! I keep all of the ingredients on hand at all times and i have one several times a week to help me beat the sugar/chocolate monster. It makes a HUGE bowl too!

    You might try eating some high protein foods. Also, consider light exercise as an alternative to eating - go for a walk.

    I buy red seedless grapes. They are sweet, 1 cup is 63 calories. And I freeze them in zip lock bags.
    I am an ice cream Junkie so it helps with that wanting a cold snack too.
