    This is pretty much how I live my life day to day.

    Basically everyone can come up with 20 minutes a day to exercise...just need to motivate yourself!

    JUST adding an additional 20 minutes does wonders. That's how I broke my plateau...started running in the morning in ADDITION to the hour I spent at night weight lifting and then walking afterwards. It definitely helps.
