Venting

Hi all !!!

Just need to vent !
I'm a daily weigher, yes I know some think that's wrong but it's what keep me on track and motivated everyday !
I had been having good losses each day with a day of gaining here and there (normal fluctuations ) but for the last 4 or 5 days I have yo yo'd and lost nothing overall, it's driving me insane.
I have a goal I'm working towards and to achieve it by March 19th I still need to lose 5.3kg which I thought would be very doable but not if I keep doing the up and down.

Rant over !
