Lightly active or active?

I'm not sure which one to use in my settings to determine my daily calorie goal. I am not "on my feet most of the day" (i.e., teacher or salesman"), but I'm also not sitting on the couch lol I'm not running around like a mailman ("active"). I exercise 30-60 min/day. Should I choose lightly active or active?

Sedentary.
Log your intentional exercise.
Eat the extra calories it gives.0 -
With MFP, you're only supposed to include your day to day work and whatnot in your activity level. You log your exercise after the fact and then get those calories back. If you want to include exercise in your activity level I would suggest using a TDEE calculator as it will be more accurate, and customize your goals here.
Beyond that, it is trial and error...pick something and stick with it and be consistent...evaluate how it's working and make real world adjustments from there. All of these calculators are just a reasonably good starting point...you're going to have to make your own determinations per your actual results.0 -
