food addiction

:sad: All I think about is food and want to quit! It's like an alcoholic or drug addict. I think about what I should eat for lunch or dinner while I'm eating breakfast. The more I try to loose weight, the more I think about it because of all of the calorie counting and carbs and it drives me crazy! Help!!!!!!!!

    Check out Overeaters Anonymous. Listen to their podcasts online and attend an online meeting or one near you. It's a cheap support group/ donations if you have the money, but don't let money stop you from attending.
