Hi everyone, my name is Molly. I joined this because ever since I started my full-time desk job I have been too LAZY and TIRED to work out! Even though I am in the "normal" range for BMI (I'm around a 24 I believe), I would really love to be healthy and tone up my body and muscles, and overall just look and feel better!
I am going to try the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred starting TONIGHT, so hopefully the 20-minute workouts will get me back in the groove. I will also record what I eat, because that is always a good motivator if I can see the mathematical calculations that tell me I've gone over my calorie intake.
If you're like me and aren't looking to lose a TON of weight, maybe only 10 pounds, 15 at most, then friend me and we can compare exercise regimes and motivate each other.

Same here! Stay at home mom of 2 young kids, looking to be healthier, maybe lose 10-15 pounds at most. No looking so much to diet...just an exercise motivator!0

i'm in the same boat as you! i would like to lose about 10lbs. i am currently at 134 and would like to be at 125. i just joined yesterday so i am a newbie too:)0
