NEED HELP WITH CALORIES BURNED UGH

Okay. So I went to the gym today and worked out for about an hour. My polar ft4 said I burned 800 calories from my entire workout but the machines said I burned around 400. I was in my max heart rate the majority of the time so I feel like maybe the hrm would be more accurate. Also the machines don't know how much I weight (200 lbs) That just seems like A LOT of calories to burn. When I logged it I logged it as 700 cals burned to take into account I burn calories when sedimentary.

As I understand it, nothing is accurate if you were lifting weights. I'd take the lower value to be safe.0
