Either way, Have you ever read the book "The Skinny Rules" by Bob Harper? It's not a fad diet, but has alot of good info I use.

The two biggest "secrets" I took from it was:
1) Drink a tall glass of water before ANYTHING goes in your mouth. and
2) Eat PLENTY of protein, or stay hungry and grouchy. ( Thats a name of one of the chapters)

I don't follow this book to the letter, but I do follow 90% of it, and can attest to it. Also avail on Audio if you prefer, but in my library a MUST Read/Listen Friend me if you like, Learn all you can and remember....#NoExcuses

Hi Bro! I do a ton of audiobooks. I love to read and prob have 1000 books but I just dont have the time anymore and when I do read I fall asleep asap. I listen to them on my drive in. I get them on audible, ebay or via the library. I did listen to the skinny rules when I first lost all that weight 2 years ago and I just finished it again 2 weeks ago and going to do it AGAIN this week. My big take aways were:
Eat protein at every meal – or stay hungry and grouchy
Eat apples and berries every single day. Every. Single. Day!
My favorite: Go to bed hungry
My biggest struggles: No more added sweeteners, including artificial ones & No carbs after lunch
