:smile: Not sure how correct it is but, for those of us who are trying to lose weight and are disabled where traditional excercising is out I hope this helps. Maybe someone who has more insight into this could check it out and let us all know. I am adding the site address to this so that, those who know all about this can help us who don't find out. I love myfitnesspal and do not mean any disrespect to this site by this. This site is helping me to keep a very accurate log of my eatting habits. Thanks Myfitnesspal. :flowerforyou:

    Thanks for the info. My hubby is in a similiar situation. He is disabled needs to loose weight to get a knee replacement but he can't do exercise to loose weight. There is only so much you can loose by just dieting. You need to exercise too and the bad knee prevents him from doing so. And, if someone knows of any exercises that someone with a bad knee(s) can do, please send them along. Thanks!!!!
