Looking to add some bikers ....and would be lovely if there were any bikers on here from minnesota that would be even better...

possibly share some training ideas etc...

Working up for 4th year doing the MS 150...

a 2 day bicycle ride to help those that suffer with MS.. 150 miles...

I am in MN and planning to start doing some biking this Spring. More to train for a sprint triathalon though.

Didn't the ms bike ride leave international falls mn to Duluth last year. I'm from I falls and think I team remember this.
