Okay so I know you can't spot reduce where exactly your fat is going to disappear, I get that.
I also get a calorie deficiency will help reduce overall body fat.
Basically I want to see my abs soooon, I'm at 16% or so and They appear somewhat in the morning and they are gone after my first meal. I know I still have some bodyfat to lose. However, I want to get there soon and still be able to have my sweet treats at night.
Do I have to cut those sweet treats out? (Daily at night)
Do I have to cut out my pizza (1x a week) ?
I understand everyone is different, However what bodyfat % did you start to see your abs to pop????
And what was your meal intake like on a daily to achieve this??
Did you cut out treats, burgers & Pizza??

I can see my abs at around 21-22% because they have lots of volume (I'm a female). Depends on a variety of factors. It's not really worth worrying about the specifics of when they'll show up.0 -
If you're at 16% as a woman, it' might be matter of building the muscle more than losing the fat. Most women start seeing them around 18-19%. You might actually need to do a bulk/cut cycle and use weighted ab exercises.
How was your bodyfat measured to be 16%?0 -
at 18-19% I see my obliques and my top two abdominal muscles.
It really depends on the individual and where you carry your weight. If you're truly 16%, you may benefit from some actual direct ab work or additional compound lifts to build muscle.0 -
The Dunk Test, I have a good amount of muscle on my legs, back & arms. I never isolated my core ever. I've just done compound movement and I see the line but I carrying the last of my fat on my stomach0

You're probably going to have to add in ab work. Weighted hanging leg raises, ab roll outs and cable crunches. Some of us are gifted to have lots of volume in our abs. I think heavy front squats helped mine and I don't have to do isolated ab work. Not everyone can get away with it.0 -
I know they are there lol somewhere...
USMCMP: Did you cut the junk out completely or have your once of week treats??0 -

I eat about 80/20 now, but when I was originally cutting and first saw my abs I cut out all the treats and ate "clean" (foods with basically just one ingredient).0 -
Thank you I have to make some changes0
