Anyone with Positive Results Using Scooby's Workshop

I would like to know your positive results using Scooby's Workshop method and Calorie Calculator!
I keep going back and forth in my brain about eating more calories than I have been and using that method.
So I would like to hear your story. Is it an accurate method? How much weight have you lost eating TDEE minus cut etc.....
Anything to help give me that extra push to do this.
Thank you!

TDEE as calculated on Scooby's site, less 20% deficit = 53 lbs gone off me. I knew from day one that I couldn't survive on the calorie target MFP gave me. Plus I want to actually enjoy my life and eating not be a slave to 1200 calories! I figure, I want to eat as much as I can while still successfully losing weight (in fact I can't fathom why anyone *wouldn't*!).0

You have to compare apples to apples goals. 1200 calories is the most aggressive....2 Lbs per week "sedentary" approach (and you're supposed to eat back exercise calories which seems to go over everyone's head for some reason. TDEE - 20% is more like 1/2 Lb per week.
They are 6 of 1, half dozen of the other if you're doing it right and comparing apples to apples goals. My when I was losing, MFP goal to lose 1 Lb per week was 1850...with exercise I was grossing around 2100 - 2300 calories depending on the day. My TDEE - 20% is 2160ish...6 of 1, half dozen of the other. I had days when I had a bigger deficit and days when I had smaller deficits...but over the course of the week it nets out.0 -

I lost with scooby (first 4 lbs without) It works!!
I lost very consitently on -20
when I started lifting I did -5 on lifting days and -15 on non lifting days, still got a consistent if slower loss!
Do it!0 -
I didn't use scooby to get my TDEE I used my data but that being said it worked out to what MFP gave me for calories + exercise calories (I was doing the same thing everyday) and I continue to lose weight...
So TDEE works...
Scooby gives me a bit higher then what I use but it would work yes...because it's not much higher (1637 scooby vs 1600 personal data)0
