Hello. I'm new to this board and i was just wondering , is it true if I do crunches everyday I won't lose any inches? I did crunches for a while and everyone told me to stop that I would gain weight from it. So I stopped but I need people with experience to tell me if crunches make a difference or not.

Crunches will most certainly not cause weight gain.0

they aren't going to cause weight gain, but they're not going to result in losing inches either. Crunches are just about the worst ab isolation work you can do...there are better and numerous options. But none of that stuff is going to spot reduce fat in your mid section.0

Definitely not! It tightens the sheet of muscle beneath one's belly fat. You won't lose weight from it either. But doing them and losing body fat at the same time will make these muscles eventually "appear" as your six pack! (along with other belly toning like situps and planks. Crunches alone won't do it).0

What????
Are you adding 100 lbs while doing it, eating at a surplus , & taking anavar? No I don't think so.
You should be fine, If you see a difference why stop?
If you looking into losing inches, eat better and weight train hard0
