Not fat

Hi I need some support here and friends and food tips

I'm 5'7" 140 not fat or chubby or any of that BUT

I notice food is sticking to me longer

so I want to develop some eating habits which is hard to do living with other people who aren't trying to be as healthy

so while I can get some fruits in there sometimes mostly it's regular food and I will have to portion control

I am on 1400 calories limit MFP suggested 1480 for .5Lbs loss and 1230 for 1lb loss so 1400 is what I picked
