Hello everyone...I love to work out and have worked out for years. I have had two kids and have a side photography business plus a 30 hour a week job...so need less to say I have put working out to the side for a while. My main goal is to tone up and maybe with in the year do a fitness competition. I need some motivation to stay focused :-) im trying to eat clean and work out 5 days a week. I got a membership at the gym and I'm doing some classes there. But any food ideas or tips n tricks I'm all ears :-)

I've been here for a few weeks and love it. I have three kids and was fit until the past few years. I love to cook so am trying to use my skill to my advantage. Good luck!0
