Back on Track to lose baby weight!

Next month our youngest and final child will turn 1. Before I got pregnant with him I was on track to achieving my fitness goals. I was working out with two different trainers 2 times a week, one for more high intensity weight/plyo workouts, and one that helped me tone and strengthen (think Pilates reformer). When I got pregnant I continued to workout until 14/15 weeks when I started to experience discomfort and then PAIN. My pelvis had separated and I had a lot of inflammation and pain. The baby was fine, but I had a difficult time managing the pain. As a server I was on my feet at my job all day, something had to give and it was my workouts. It wasn't until he was almost 6 months old that the pain from the separation started to subside. I tried to go back to working out, running etc. several times before it was healed and it would just get worse. I was finally given the go ahead by my dr. to get back to it! (admittedly I put off the appointment longer than I should have while trying to shuttle around three kids). For the last month or two I have started changing my eating preparing to get back into my routine. I have found it so frustrating as over a year without regular exercise I feel like I am moving at a crawl. I know I need to stick with it and I will be where I want to be in no time. I just need to not over do it., and keep motivated and accountable.
