This is day 2, and I do not own a scale, I'm not sure how to do this diet thing, and I had a candy bar today lol I got up in the morning and did T25. Has anyone tried this and seen results? Also, did you do the workout as directed or did you make something up?I will take all tips. BTW: I'm 5'3" and 147 pounds.
