Wow, you are amazing. You look awesome! I'm trying to get some replies so I can show my son who needs to be motivated to lose. He's been ill for 6 years and gained a lot of weight. Some from depression and some from all the medication he has to take. He doesn't get on the computer much so I will print everything out for him.
