    I prefer full fat version.

    1. Does it taste good to you?

    2. Does it fit your macro and calorie goal?

    Then it's a healthy snack.

It's cheese. All cheese is processed. The difference between low fat cheese and full fat cheese is the type of milk used.

No, because it tastes better and it fits my macros/calories.

You mean healthier than the full fat versions? No. Just easier to fit into your calorie target that's all.

^^^ this. All cheese is processed. Ain't no ricotta or philadelpia coming out of a cow's teet - if it happens though I'd start asking questions.

I'd consider it a healthy snack. It's only 80 calories, so maybe include an apple or some baby carrots to make it filling.
