Well, I guess bottled tea ain't as good as we all thought. While still better than soda, it is WAY behind brewed tea in antioxidants and (usually) brimming with sugar.

I add instant Arizona Tea (from those little stick packets) to bottled water. It's better than most of those other instant mixes, but still isn't as good as the real thing.0

You can "brew" tea cold. Heard this on NPR's food show. Put a pitcher of water with 3 to 4 bags (or loss leaf in a strainer) of any tea you like in the fridge overnight and in the morning you have iced tea. It's a great way to do green tea, because it's very easy to burn green tea and get that bitter taste. I love the mango tea from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.0

I make my own iced tea (without fancy added flavours. haha) by just getting a jug. boiling the kettle, half filling the jug with boiling water to brew the bags and then filling the rest with cold water, and then add ice to each drink. I drink it like a mad woman in the summer here (it's officially SPRING! YAY!)0
