brownie in a mug

So i made a brownie in a mug today because so many peopleon youtube were posting videos on it. It tasted great BUT then i find out its like 500 calories for one mug!! :( i went over my calorie limit today and i wouldnt have if i didnt eat that....did anyone else know that

    That is so funny. My family sent me a chocolate cake in a tin from England at Christmas. I made it tonight and shared it with my husband. Half was 110 calories. Yum! He has his with British custard.

    If you go into the baking aisle in the supermarket, there are mini serving (150 cal) cookies/cakes/brownies that you can make in the microwave. They're really yummy! Betty Crocker makes them. You need to get the MINI though. The regular sized ones are higher in calories by a fair amount (they're several hundred each).
