Restless Nights!!!!

I've been exercising 5-6 days a week. Eating within my calories, I'm always adjusting and changing my eating habits for the better. I know "rest" is an important part of the weight loss process. I honestly don't know whats going on with me. I am restless at night and I slip in and out of sleep. When it's time to wake up I'm TIRED! I've been drinking hot tea (chamomile) at night, which helps a bit. Any suggestions?

    Tart cherry juice. Dilute a little bit with a glass of water before bed. Amazing.

    Sorry to hear that. I hate it when I can't sleep well. Are you exercising during the mornings or evenings? I find that when I exercise in the evenings I'm too wired to sleep well, but if I workout in the mornings, after a full day, I'm exhausted and can't wait to hit the sack.

    When I can't sleep like when it's 10PM and im not the least bit tired I usually take 3mg of Melatonin Tablets. I hate tea so I prefer being able to swallow them :P
