Do I log exercise included in my goal?

I put that I plan to exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Is that already calculated into my calorie goal or do I still log it when I exercise 3 times a week?

    That depends- are you using what mfp has calculated for you, or the tdee approach?
    If you're going off the numbers that my fitness pal gave you, yes you log the exercise and eat back the calories burned.

    Changing your exercise in the goal section has no effect on what calorie allowance you have so yes, you do log your exercise if using the MFP numbers. The activity level you set is WITHOUT exercise.
