does anyone know how to log exercise on a hand bike?
I have been using "stationary bike" to log it. Not sure if
its accurate

Stationary bike would be a 'leg' bicycle and you would have been over-estimating your burns by using this to log your exercise as the legs require more energy to work than arms (due to much greater muscle mass).0

The best way to estimate your burn would be with a HRM. If you don't have one most gyms have them to lend out.0

thats what I figured. Its only temporary since I cant use my legs
right now.0
