Hi Folks
A few years ago I was 108 kg (238lbs). I worked hard to get down to 88 kg (194lbs) but had time to get to the gym and pool and had more time to organise my food. PT study and FT work meant little time for anything and grabbing food on the run. I went back up to about 95 kg (209lbs).
I've recently decided I want to get back to loosing weight again. I'm currently 93 kg (205lbs) and would like to get to at least 75 kg (165lbs) but would prefer to get to 65 kg (143lbs). This would put me in a healthy BMI range.
My main motivation for weight loss is to be able to manage my blood glucose levels better, to increase my level of energy, and be able to buy nice clothes and not the 'fat' ones.
My main challenges are I have little time to access a gym, I live in a boarding school and eat mostly in the dinning room and it can make managing food hard.
I'd really love to connect with other guys who are either starting out themselves or those who have experienced success, please feel free to friend me.
Cheers
