I'm just about to begin P90X3 tomorrow and I'm a bit confused as to wear to add my workouts. Would they be better under cardio or strength training? How do you log your P90X workouts?

I am looking for the same thing. Some of the workouts focus more on cardio (Agility X, CVX) and others are more Strength (The Challenge). What I have been doing is logging them as similar workouts until I can get a heart rate monitor. At the moment it is a complete guess that is in no way accurate. For the Challenge, I did 15 min of pullups and 15 min of push ups (that is what the video is). CVX is such a mix there is no way to really calculate it without a monitor. On Beach body's website the average burn is around 500 calories per workout. Obviously Yoga is going to be less, and CVX is going to be more.0
