Am I asking too much? Cleaning of machines!

Ok, so my expectation of people cleaning the machine after they workout is about 100%. But so far have only seen about 50/50. I for one WANT to clean my machine because I've sweat all over it... I expect the people before me to do the same...Am I asking too much?? Last Thursday after my workout the cleaning dude was cleaning the locker room at the start of the day... Was in there the entire time of my workout and when I was done there was NO SPRAY.. I nicely told the cleaning guy that there was no spray and he competely lost it... Said I have to do this first and I'll get to it when I get to it... Just thought it was funny... He didn't appear to be doing ANYTHING in there... Was it to much for me to ask?? Happy Tuesday!

Sorry, I only clean it when I'm about to use it.
    And I sit on towels.

After reading the thread on here that women don't wear underwear to the gym and hearing about snailtrails being left, I've been grossed out.

Up to the next person to clean it anew.

Why should someone else have to clean your mess off the machines? To me it's no different than the women who pee all over the toilet seat because they are hovering because they don't want germs and then they leave it for the next person to clean up.

Because I'm not your maid. You want to use it, you clean it before you use it, just like I did.

That's why we have our own gym at home, the best money we have every spent. Do not want to put up with this selfish attitude.

Not that I sit on any cardio equipment, but now I'm going to have snail trails in my brain all day. GROSS!!!!

I always wipe down the stepper/elliptical/treadmill when I'm done. I see plenty of people who just walk away and assume their sweat (and apparenlty germs) will evaporate. I suspect their the ones who don't wash their hands after toileting, too.

It's a crazy world. Wipe down the equipment before & after use if you are concerned.

No, your not asking too much. But, you have to realize not everyone is going to meet your expectations at the gym or in life period. Just clean them off before you use them and you'll be fine.
