Getting Back On Track

In 2011 & 2012 I had lost a lot of weight. I was within 12 lbs of my goal weight, but fell off the wagon early last year and have not been eating healthy or exercising for several months. I've decided to get back on track, since I've gained almost everything that I had lost. :(

I discovered Your Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren and will be using YAYOG to get in my best shape ever this year! I just started using the DVDs this week and will be using them for the next 18-20 weeks. After that I plan on giving EFX by Mark Lauren a go.
