time to exercise!

ok so borrowing the brothers rowing machine this evening and replacing sitting of the sofa in front of the tele to rowing in front of the tele! booze stays in the fridge and water comes out until socialising (i will not drink alone!) time to plan my meals better too. First week was hard as crashed after half way through but i have a month today to look hot and tone this tummy and to get me on my way to loosing 50lbs for my bday in june!
